Please Note:
Rooms 7, 8 and 9 are located above the bar with windows overlooking the front. Whilst we have soundproofed to the best of our abilities, you may hear some bar noise until closing time. Please call us if you have any concerns.

Bookings of 4 or more rooms will require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation policy:
Notification received at least 1 week before check in - no charge
Notification received within 1 week but over 48 hours before check in - 30% of rate will be deducted
Notification between 24 and 48 hours of check in - 50% of rate will be deducted
Notification within 24 hours of check in - full charge.
If we can re-let the room, no charge. Kilvert's recommends taking out holiday insurance.
